JOE SHYLLIT is an illustrator, designer, and award-winning advertising director. For years Joe struggled, like all dog owners, with sometimes having trouble finding his dog's poo. One day he decided to take photographs of the places where he could not find the poo but knew it was there. Find the poo was born.

FARFEL is a 10-year-old cockapoo and Joe's best friend. He enjoys long walks in the park and on the beach and finding exciting new places to go. He lives with Joe in Toronto.
